I dropped off a motor to rebuild. In short, they could not rebuild it. Which is not the problem. When I went to pick it up, it was in parts in a box. They didn't bother reassembly and left me with a box of parts to find another company to fix it. No one will touch it now as a box of parts.

Replaced my furnace/ac blower motor for a fraction of the cost of an estimate given by a mobile hvac technician from a different company who was onsite and tested the hvac system then quoted four times what Frisbie charged me. Wonderful service. Will return.

Person at the counter didn't have credit card machine....said the part cost 12.00.....I said I have a 10 and twenty....10 .00 no problem...asked for a receipt for company reimbursement....hand wrote it on a piece of paper and the price went to twenty.

Mike was nice and helped me get a motor for my AC at home. I suggested cash, instead of paying with a card, saving them from paying that 3% card charge. Wife talked to me like I was going to take my motor without paying. What an insult to a new customer. Live and learn!!
