Never answer calls can’t check balances besides on their atm or inside and overall unreliable go elsewhere if you can
This bank is a joke. No one ever answers the phone. Rude staff! You find “mysterious drafts” taken out of your account. And the credit union won’t reimburse it. I wouldn’t recommend this so called “bank” to my worst enemy. Everything about this bank is sketchy! People who have an account here should really take a close look at all their bank statements at all times. I won’t do business with this bank ever again. It is not an honest place to invest your money in. Be aware!!
