The receptionist at the front desk is not a very friendly, nor welcoming person. Upon walking in the building I hear Christian music coming through the speakers, but the person at the front desk doesn't present herself as someone that represents the music being played. She presents herself as someone who is not happy in her position. Her customer service needs some work. Everyone is very courteous and treat you with respect the doctor explains everything and the lady that sizes you with the glasses is a very nice lady. Everything is good in that office. I would recommend anybody to go to eye tech.
I purchased with my insurance prescription glasses 🤓 Mark Jacob cost my out pocket over $350.00 did not give the case for the glasses that came with. Am very up set after spending with my insurance around $800.00 they give me a GUESS case!!!!!!!! I feel rip off.. UPDATE: talk to the manager give the correct case but was not a nice experience she did not make try the glasses to see if I was happy before I LEFT UNABLE TO READ SMALL PRINT.
