Bill, the owner was always very friendly. I reached out for design service and possible purchases. Ultimately, I purchased a large rug from him. He recommended a beautiful sectional for 18K however I did not want to spend that much. Consequently I did not purchase any couch because Bill informed me he was unable to find me one under 9K.
