I have traveled all over the country for Cryo. As a swimmer and as a strength athlete. I can genuinely say these guys are the best in the buissness. Both Kate and Courtney truly CARE about the health and wellness over EVERYONE who rolls through. For them it’s about helping people. Plain and simple. If you are in the Greenville, SC area check these guys out. They are truly the best 🫶🏼
Super friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and knowledgeable about all of the services! I left feeling great after the 1st session. After months of continued care at Frigid, I have not felt better. Cryo Facials have helped me with finding relief when having consistent migraines multiple times a month and being able to get Custom Facials that are specific to me and my skin are incredible! I love the full body chill! The staff are so sweet and informative on the services and we always have fun conversations during the chill. Highly recommend to anyone needing a relaxing break and muscle pain relief from sports and the gym!
I get the whole body cryotherapy done and let me tell you... its been life changing. I have 3 herniated discs and arthritis. Also, the staff is absolutely amazing and very informative. Highly recommend
