We love Friendswood Montessori! They have a wonderful teaching staff and learning environment. The staff turnover is very low, which provides stability for the kids. There's a good balance between classroom learning and outdoor play time. All 3 of our kids started at FMS at the age of 20 months. By the time our 2 older kids went to kindergarten, they were already reading at first grade levels and solving math problems. Both of my children have attended Friendswood Montessori. This is my daughter's last year and I will be sad to say goodbye to this school! I love this place because: *There is an almost non-existent teacher turn over rate. The same experienced teachers have been there for YEARS. *The kiddos are well prepared for kindergarten academically. However, they also have hours of outdoor and creative play. This is our 9th year at the school, our third child is finishing there. I totally support the pedagogical practices there. My husband and I are both educators and have been impressed with the preparedness of our children going into kindergarten. Our favorite part is picking up our kids from the gorgeous playground where they have been playing. They are happy, sweaty and usually dirty. Not a lot of running noses there. I realized the teacher never paid attention to my son. please check around, we have good schools around. In less than 4 months, he really improved!

Racists!!! Kids have innocent souls, if you discriminate or allow one to discriminate against one because of the color of their skin you are committing the greatest injustice against the human race.
