Management is beyond horrible! They are rude to their staff for the bs pay! The tell you they will change your schedule to what you want then give it to someone else without offering it to you! Never seen anyone stay at this job long because it sucks so bad! I would never recommend this place to anyone to work or for a family member to live in! Seen firsthand that the aides and nurses will sit in people's room on their phone, using the bathroom, eating their food. Etc! HR people are suppose to be there for you and helpful bu... read more

This is the worst job I have ever had before in health care. Dont be fooled by the top ten award for ohio that was before new management took over. Now all they care about is money. Staff are treated like dirt and are expected to work for low pay and always short. Residents pay so much money its sickening and get less then they would if they were at a nice government ran facility.
