They -out of the blue- started charging my auntie an extra $900/month for "medication management" - even though SHE manages her OWN meds! She said they do absolutely NOTHING different to validate the sudden fee! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! They GOUGE residents for services both (1) unprovided and (2) un-needed. been trying to call for weeks and can't contact my Mother who is a resident there. I am extremely worried.

This business NEVER answers their phones. No matter which phone numbers or phone menu options I try, never answered by a person. I'm never able to speak to someone. My calls are sent to voicemail - but messages are not returned. There is no assistance from this assisted care facility. Thousands of dollars being paid to a facility who won't even answer their phone. I am stunned & deeply disappointed.

I had the same experience as the other reviewer: They don't answer the phone, and I tried many times. My auntie is paying, like, 5G a month or something and I can't contact the place. Maybe they are keeping people away intentionally. Thank god my uncle is in Homer with her.
