A center for seniors, they have exercise classes, day trips, a noon meal and a building filled medical equipment post surgery. There's more but that's what I gleaned on my first visit. They have a substantial newsletter and always appreciate donations. I will be returning my borrowed equipment with a donation.
Everything….exercising in the mornings. Delicious lunches. Sitting in the windowed dining overlooking the bay. Smiles every where….staff and members. Special presentations, classes are interesting. The staff is warm, friendly and happy!
