Absolutely torture dealing with this company avoid at all costs! To start with it had taken them a while to get back to me even after my mothers death certificate was sent over to them, they admitted fault and issued a 10% discount which I thought was okay. We had an accident on the 1st January and Friends Legal contacted us on the 3rd of January arround 1 pm to inform us that our claim won't be upheld due to 'unreasonable prospects'. The 3rd of January was the first day they were opened after holidays so from 9 am to 1 pm (3 hrs) they have done all the investigation necessary to come to that decision.
