Friends House is a vibrant senior community that offers housing and health care on a beautiful campus in Sandy Spring, MD. The nursing home and assisted living center are highly rated by Medicare and the State of Maryland. Residents and staff create a close-knit, friendly community.
Very caring place, earns highest ratings from Maryland (number 1 in Montgomery County in 2018) and Medicare (4 stars 2012-2018). Expanding in 2019 to add more apartments and cottages, so the campus is a mess. Normally it’s serene, green and simple. Offers affordable housing for low income seniors mixed with market rate units.
The staff broke my mothers shoulder which eventually put her into a coma from which she died. Had to stay there every evening to make sure she got her pain meds. Sometimes they would be over an hour late giving them to her. HORRIBLE PLACE
