Aaron Blake, was very professional at our first encounter. He was always willing to assist me and patient in giving instructions. My calls were always returned in a timely manner which helped to alleviate my concerns and apprehensions. Most times I felt that he went above and beyond his role to ensure that I was aware of each step in the process. I was impressed with the speed at which my application was processed.
