Rude on the phone. Send misleading text messages to pay your car payment, and they double charge you for your car payment. When you call they try and tell you they can’t fix the pending charges and argue with you when they absolutely can refund it and have before…. If you have a car loan through this union double check for double payments and don’t reply to any text confirmations they send.
I go into the Canton branch trying to make a withdrawal. It turns out this particular account isn’t one I have full access to. I wouldn’t know that, because the Massillon branch let me take three separate drawls on it over the last three weeks. I told him to look at his screen. My signed withdrawal slips are right in front of him. He sees, which shows I’m clearly not lying.
