It's called Fairwinds Credit Union - not Friends Bank
They Will NOT protect you from theft. If your account has any issues they will just let you pay for it. they will then stand behind the ones that robbed you and put their hands out for overdraft fees. And require you to pay that as well. Even if you prove it's fraud, they will still rob you as well. Also know that if they give you a credit for fraudulent charges they do intend to take it back when you least expect it, like months later. They do not have anyone answering their phones. I have been around 82 years, used a lot of different banks in 4 states, This is by far the best banking experience I have had.. professional , courteous, personal service.. They recognize the worth of courteous service and treating customers like human beings.
