My 13 year old daughter did this program and loved it! She lost 16lbs and 11inches overall. My husband and I did this program and loved it! I lost close to 30lbs and my husband lost around 25lbs in 6 weeks! The Masseys were so helpful with encouragement to stick with it and they gave great suggestions on how to make the diet work best for us. I would definitely recommend this to our friends!!
Wonderful program if you are looking to lose weight fast and effectively. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking in bettering your health and are wanting to lose weight. The Massey’s are great at keeping you focused on your goal and on being accountable for one self. I Would do it all over again!!!
