Wonderful family owned business. The service was quick and friendly. There’s plenty of parking. Brandon and his mother are very kind and attentive. This is my second year in a row coming to Friendly Tax service.

Taxes were filed incorrectly!! I still have not received my money from last year When I called the office they had no idea why it was held up . I myself had to explain to the CPA what was causing my delay. Today after months of waiting I reach out to the office and was given the 800 number to call Soon as taxes are filed the office stops taking phone calls for months. It’s put me in a very tough situation financially and Ken did not seem to care at all! Not so friendly service
