Driver of van #43 on 7/9/25 in Holyoke - speeding on residential streets (10+ over speed limit) and several erratic attempts to overtake in traffic (which failed.) This driver in particular is dangerous to the general public and the customers that you service, and should not be in such a profession. Perhaps they shouldn't be licensed to drive at all. This company needs a new overhaul. They put their anger in front of their customers needs. They are so disappointing and so unprofessional. The drivers are nice, but the people who work in the office, who schedules the van rides needs to be Reprimanded! They are unprofessional.

I needed a very early ride to Bradley to catch a flight to Florida. The young woman who picked me up at 4:30 am was right on time, helped me with my luggage, and was as sweet and kind as could be on the way down. This was over a year ago, and I am contemplating needing for transportation to and from a 4hour surgical procedure in a few weeks. If I can't arrange it with family or friends, I will definitely call Friendly Ride.

Van was 15 minutes (past appointment time) late bringing my Mom to her appointment in a wheel chair. I was waiting 45 minutes outside for them to arrive. Now they are 30 minutes late in picking her up to go home. Not good at all.The driver was kind, friendly, and apologetic. I think it was not her fault. The traffic was heavy and she was clearly over booked. Friendly Ride needs more drivers.
