This young man named Alejandro was great, he replaced my inner tube, provided information on e-bike.s. I was so grateful I found a repair shop open on New Year’s Day. The shop was clean, organized, I appreciated the fact that he didn’t do a hard sell on the electric bike. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this business.
I had an excellent experience at Friendly Cycle. I went in because of a problem with my gears, and they quickly found an issue with the frame as well. They repaired it right away and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. The staff answered all my questions with clear and helpful explanations, always friendly and professional.
