The lady up there on January 14th at 2:00pm was very rude and poor customer service! She was browsing on her phone and sitting drinking while I waited 10 minutes on her to assist me just to put someone in front of me.
Great service, friendly associates, smiling faces. Got the information I needed and services requested completed.
