Thersa, who works in payroll is the absolute best!! She is always so welcoming, kind and happy. She responds quickly to my emails and is so helpful when I need her. I would HIGHLY recommend Thersa at John Friend and any staff there! Tim is one of the best accountants that I have worked with and Kathy is so friendly and personable! I can’t thank them enough for everything they do!
I called trying to confirm receipt of information regarding payroll and the processor was rude and not helpful. The processor (Teresa) only deflected and redirected my call to options already explored. I've had better experiences dealing with other payroll processors in the area that were more patient and had better customer service.
