I had an appointment at the Cottage Grove location today and wow. The facility is very nice and clean, it felt like it was a new building. All the staff were amazing as well. Nurse Kimberly Knox is so kind and gentle, she was one of the best practitioners I've ever encountered. Glad I switched over to Friend Health.
I've been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to reach the medical records department
Today my 2 kids had an appointment for the back to school physical and when we got there they talking about it's full. They didn't even call or text us about this and we wasted our time getting there by bus. These employees need better training. I might as well have my kids go to the Comer for future appointments.
