I hired Dara Singh in regards to an insurance dispute with YOUI - after wasting so much money paying senior rates - I was incompetently told, after instructing him to take to magistrates court he said, "I can't"... I wasn't worried about his lack of his English grammar skills but his incompetence in Australian law is dumbfounding. After sacking him, I immediately took the case and sued YOUI insurance (unrepresented) successfully / however YOUI insurance would not pay for Dara Singh's incompetence. $ orientated organisation with a mandate of prolonging any legal case to extract maximum legal fees from unsuspecting client's. A Legal firm (FLSD Rockingham) that ignore's even the most basic laws in WA. Knowledge regarding WA Defacto Splitting Laws significantly displays a lack of competence and this legal firm has no moral code or ethics. Seen first hand the unconscionable conduct. Avoid at all costs.
