This is the most unprofessional accounting company I’ve ever encountered. There is no office staff, and every call goes straight to voicemail with long, unacceptable delays before any response, if you get one at all. This lazy, family-run operation drags out work unnecessarily and files extensions that never should have been needed. Worse, they provided terrible advice that caused us to pay significantly higher business and personal taxes. Pure incompetence. Stay away. You’ve been warned.
