She did not properly evaluate my grandson and my interactions. She didn’t interview him. I had a severe panic attack and she did not render aid. She described the episode as that I was mentally unstable. She stated and sent a nasty email stating I wasn’t living up to our payment plan. I showed her proof and she never apologized. She gave legal advise to my daughter about getting Grandparent rights. She is anti family unification. And will do hee best to not be unbiased. RUN and try and get her removed. Suzanne Battaglia
