We took the ferry out to the island with my elderly parents, only to find that our tour had been canceled. This was not on their website. If they are going to cancel a tour, they should put it on the website! Not fair to us since we had planned the whole day around it. My parents were with us and they are not very mobile. So we had planned the trip around the tour. This was very unprofessional and disappointing to us.
