I am in the process of ordering a bike and the accompanying kit via the team at Friction Cycles and I cannot fault the service so far. I went in a couple of weeks ago with a list (and small wiggly child in tow) and was met with patience and knowledge by George. He went through sizes, colours and different specs until I decided what would best suit my needs, as well as setting up a job on their system so it was all in one place should I need to call up and change anything. Rude staff would not recommend go else where
This is one of the best bike shops I have been to. The staff are very knowledgeable and they just seem really happy talking bikes, without the hard sell.
Amazing bike shop with polite, friendly staff. Fixed a leaking inner tube in my grandson’s bike quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
Great bike shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who will go above and beyond to help you. They did a bit of work on my bike for me recently and sorted a problem I've been banging my head over for ages. It was really reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
