Not even a full year here me and my boyfriend have though about moving out before the lease is up, it's just a not such a great happy personal space that they first present to you,it just seems that they present the building and the local area to you in the manner that they do just to rent out and get there money. When one of their tenants make a mistake (paying rent late, for example), they send letters to EVERYONE with warnings of eviction or removal of amenities from the premises. What is ironic, however, is that they are so strict but they "forget" their duties very very often. Oh, and they also "forget" they owe you money. God forbid you are late on rent, though.
I wish I could give them negative stars.Whatever you do not, and I repeat, DO NOT rent a house/apartment from Frick Rentals. I have rented from multiple retailers in the past and they are by far the worst. I can’t believe they have any positive reviews at all. Not responsive to tenants. Secret hidden charges. They are terribly rude and will threaten you. I considered calling the BBB before and wish I had.
