Donna is a total pro. The entire shop is well run and efficient. For context, I went to Men’s Warehouse and Black Tux first and they could not find their way out of a paper bag. The order was actually supposed to be sourced by Black Tux but they acted like a 1 week turnaround was an offensive ask. I called, went to this shop, was in and out in 20 minutes after she eyeballed the photos of the black tux order. Customer service was horrible. We paid the day of and it didn’t go through on their side but on my bank statement it clearly took funds out. They kept hounding us saying we didn’t pay. Also I took my 8 year old son to get fitted for a tux and the person that helped us had that worst attitude and personality. He had my son trying on adult sizes which was crazy and saying they have nothing for my son. Isn’t that why people go to Friars to rent tux’s and make them fit? They are kind polite very helpful. They were professional n listen very careful in detail. Not to mention they are very quick w order I would recommend people to check out this store if they need suit or tux. My reason were for tux for my son
