The staff was friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and helped pick the perfect tux.
Elizabeth was very helpful and attentive.
The rental process is quick and stress free. I walked in 5 days before my son's prom. The store seemed full with fellow procrastinators like us but we were seen within a couple minutes. The lady helping us was very friendly and direct as to what was available within the time frame. He received his suit Thursday and luckily it fit perfectly! We dropped it off Sunday (no check-in necessary). The whole process was so easy.
I regret not using them for my wedding. I was recently a groomsmen and the level of service was outstanding. Of course I forget the guys names but he went above and beyond.
