Amazing experience! Ariah was incredible: gave me so many options, so easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating. Ariah was able to find exactly what I need so quickly and helped out immensely. I cannot recommend enough!
Had a last minute request because I procrastinated in getting my tux for an event. Eric and the team came through in a pinch. It was easy to submit my measurements, the packaging great, the quality of the tux was top notch and I was given options to ensure a proper fit.
I would go somewhere else. Like another Friar Tux store. The associate I worked with here was abrupt and rude. He probably shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Treated me like I was inconveniencing him the whole fit. Then when I asked him about late fees he switched to condescending. I explained that I have a destination wedding so a few days late fee is a cost I was willing to eat. He surprised me by acting defensive even though I wasn’t challenging him just asking for info. We had a very disappointing experience, especially considering this was for my wedding. Our measurements were somehow mixed up with another customer’s, and we were given suits in completely different sizes. During my father’s fitting, the pants were clearly too loose, and instead of properly remeasuring him or adjusting to a smaller size, we were simply told, “don’t worry, we’ll give you suspenders.” To make matters worse, we were later charged extra for the suspenders without any notice or approval beforehand.
