Excellent service and very helpful service from their motobility team
Very poor service after a breakdown, really bad communication from the service team, a lady called Amy had no idea about the policy about the 2 year warranty regarding recovery/courtesy car, left us with no car, even though it was written in policy that we would be provided a courtesy car. Had no phone call to let us know when the car was ready. Then when picking up keys for our car, Amy was very rude , very disappointed
Fast, friendly and very professional and understanding. Ceri was a lovely lady and helped us through every step. Love the car, so grateful for the option
Was told it wont take long as they had these cars here,waited 5 months for the car.and other car i had trouble getting out of.thats why i picked a suitable car
