Amazon used this company to deliver my $500 item.... and delivered it to a completely different house (photo shows another house I've never even seen before). Lady on the phone was disgustingly rude and not helpful. The driver even called me and said he would look into it and contact me back. Never got a response. This was 2 weeks ago and they are telling Amazon they delivered it with no problem. Useless company and horrible customer service. Thanks to you guys im out $500. AVOID AT ALL COST.
DO NOT use this company The fleet manager Jarrod sends COVID positive worker's to businesses and forces covid positive employees back to work. If you don't want covid don't used FRF or their sister company Direct Couriers. You will end up with COVID
