Horrible customer service from Nancy. I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted but had several questions about what would be the best fit and Nancy acted like I was inconveniencing her. She was rude and unhelpful. Such a disappointing experience for what is advertised as a luxury brand.
Highly disappointed in what should be a luxury experience. My family has been a Frette customer for years. I ordered a robe to be monogrammed as a gift and was guaranteed delivery by Monday. The outsourced monogrammed shop apparently had it ready but didn't deliver. I had to show up to a work dinner without a gift which is both unprofessional and embarrassing. Was told it would be delivered the following day. I then had to follow up myself as it was EOD and still didn't have a robe. Was told it would be 20-30min and an hour ... read more
Customer service simply not commensurate with expense and quality of products. Expensive package was stolen after UPS did not follow delivery instructions. Sought replacement. Company gave run around after run around - customer service rep Margie refused to elevate my call, gate keeping company contact info for manager.
