Customer service simply not commensurate with expense and quality of products. Expensive package was stolen after UPS did not follow delivery instructions. Sought replacement. Company gave run around after run around - customer service rep Margie refused to elevate my call, gate keeping company contact info for manager.
After i bought my bed sheets i can’t imagine sleeping on anything else
The customer service is second to none and so are the linens! The quality speaks for itself, and the selection is amazing. I had to get a present for my niece and she absolutely loved her bedding.
