They didn’t approve or deleted my review regarding poor customer service due to the extremely rude and racist attitude of a young white guy working at the deli section. I see many other comments about poor customer service and snobby attitude from staff. Perhaps Freson’s business would benefit from addressing the root cause of the issues vs ignoring legitimate reviews based on customer experience. I’ve not shopped there since the incident occurred over 2 months ago and I don’t plan to ever again.

Why isn't there one in Calgary? This looks like a great grocery store that put quality above everything else.
