I love going to Freshon for "top up groceries". On the first of every month they have discounts, it is worth going. The sweet peppers are always good and usually reasonably priced and the sourdough is delicious.

Everything in the store is over priced and we all talk about inflation, we’ll go to Costco and save 40% easily. All bread at iga and coop is half outdated when it goes on the shelves to sell and does not last. Meat is double at least that why everything is in small packages if a package was like Costco had no one could afford it. Small pack of hamburger is 9.00 and all packs are small. I feel sorry for anyone with kids who had to buy here
