Freshteam/Freshworks is a scam - be warned After our experience with Freshteam/Freshworks, we would not recommend upgrading to any premium level of Freshteam. If you ever want to downgrade back to the free version, they force you to manually delete all premium add ons (e.g., all job postings, custom time off policies, etc.). We requested to downgrade, but each downgrade request was denied since we were unable to figure out how to delete the custom time off policies. We were unwillingly charged because of this.
