Nice and fresh groceries. I aways enjoy shopping here. The seafood section is so nice too.
Inconsistent quality of products particularly with fish and chicken. A year ago, the salmon was exceptional and had value. Now the prices have gone up and the salmon is a gamble each time. Bread has had mold in store displays. It is hard to justify continuing to shop there.
Shopping at freshpro Richmond hill used to be as good as any other store. It’s clean and well stocked. The produce was competitively priced and good quality most of the time. As of 2026 prices for fresh fruit and vegetables are no longer competitive and the stores customer care policies needs revision. Current store policy encourages cashiers to assume every customer is trying to steal from their store.
