Management is terrible. Unrealistic expectations. Right before I was about to earn commission I was terminated. (the day after I enrolled TWO brand new clients). The outside sales manager woman is a joke.

I had the pleasure of working at FreshPoint Central California for over a year, overall this is a great company to work for. Co-workers outside of your department or area go the extra mile to learn and call you by your name, tell you what a great job you're doing, everyone is friendly, and the energy is super positive....and then there are the perks, monthly employee meals, ping pong table, extra sick days, and so much more! Would love to cross career paths again in the future.
Management has unrealistic expectations of the drivers requiring rapid movement of ten of thousands of pounds of product in a ridiculously short time frame while ensuring 100% accuracy. Freshpoint as a whole is very demeaning and non-personal towards drivers and customers. This is apparent in the lack of quality and mismanagement of man hours and inventory.
