I don’t normally leave negative reviews because my experiences at Freshies are usually excellent, but this interaction was unacceptable and I hope corporate looks into it. I approached the cashier with a simple question, noticed she was counting her drawer, immediately apologized for interrupting, and offered to wait. Can’t say I’ll be back. Stopped in today since the new build. Being a Sunday it was slow. We was there to purchase 2 sandwiches. 3 people working. Waited at counter to have our sandwiches made. As soon as one employee saw us she tried to make busy like we weren’t there. Went out back to ignore we were there.
