He was able to improve the language of the deal such that the abatement would be done to completion pending inspection and testing. Our Total Experience with Sam was Great! He came to our Home for each Appointment, very Convenient. He was curtious throughout and thoughtful in recommending items for Estate Planning. We have Wills, a Real Estate Trust, Living Wills, and Beneficiary Deeds for our Time Share Weeks. We feel that He's Fee was Reasonable too.
