These people are a FRAUD! The reason you get such a high return is because they put down false information and apply tax credits that I never authorized or even applied to me. I asked for a copy of my taxes numerous times and never received it. A year later I received a $3k penalty from the IRS and when I contacted my tax preparer ( Joseph) his response was "good luck".
