Extremely unprofessional experience. Mike completely failed to follow up or provide any real help with my tax filing. Messages were ignored, deadlines were not taken seriously, and I was left to figure things out on my own. This is not what you expect from someone handling something as important as taxes. A total lack of accountability and communication. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
