Eeek! They don’t have good reviews at all and I almost made an apt.
I wont go into all the details but it wasn't a good exxperience on top of the fact that the groupon I bought was for 4 treatments. When I went to the fisrt appointment I was informed that my groupon only covered a 20 minute introductory treatment. A standard one is 50. Since the whole experience was undesirable I asked for my money back on the 3 treatments I didnt get. We were told we'd be refunded half since that is all they made off the groupon. I NEVER did receive the money.
On 02/03 I purchased the 6 ultrasonic lipo-sculpture pkg on Groupon. I wasn't able to actually get an appointment until 02/28. This company literally NEVER has available appts with any of their techs! I'm down one treatment and they have no available appts listed for March- April on their website (no calendar posted after April). I called to schedule and got absolutely NO HELP! The scheduler was of no assistance. Extremely poor customer service. Usually I'm very satisfied with my Groupon purchases, but this place is THE WORS... read more
