I have experienced many programs, retreats, and healing modalities through the years and I can honestly say that this program felt like the best of all of them. It is a truly remarkable place and program to heal.
Amazing program - you'll leave feeling better physically and mentally! The food is excellent, staff and practicioners are caring, skilled, and unique. The location is beautiful. Totally worth it, excellent value for the quality of services and results!
Unbelievable experience. The name says it all (Fresh Start) And That's exactly what you get. You leave the retreat, so refreshed, calm, excited and happy. I am just finishing up my stay at Fresh Start. I am so pleased to have taken time out of my life to honour my own needs, and this program certainly supported this endeavour. The staff are incredibly supportive and caring, furthermore, they possess a deep knowledge of nutritional practices that feed the body, mind, and soul. The care and compassion of the Fresh Start team is second to none. Every detail is looked after. The time and energy put in behind the scenes to make each guest feel heard and valued is very impressive. There is no question that wherever you start when you arrive at the retreat centre, you will finish with an improved outlook, resilience and a clearer path. Fresh start has my highest recommendation.
