I was a repeat guest after 11 years, this time staying for 7 days. I was in a Go Deeper customized program which included live assessments. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about where my imbalances were, and have an individualized program planned out for me. I was so well taken care of. I was in need of a reset for poor eating habits , needing help with this, and learning self care. This was a very serene, calm and peaceful experience with knowledgeable, kind, and supportive staff who helped me in so many ways. I gained valuable information and tips on how to make changes going forward. The whole experience was worth every penny. This could be my yearly vacation to stay on track. A bonus was the new friends I met that were there for similar reasons as me. Grateful and blessed 🙏🏻❤️
I just recently attended the 14 day program at Fresh Start and it was the best gift I could have given myself. The staff, the group, the therapy and meals were 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone on the fence - best investment you could make for yourself!
I recently completed the 3 week program at Fresh Start. It was so much more than I expected. The staff are absolutely incredible humans. As a business owner I always pay close attention to the customer service experience and can instantly spot disingenuous people. Every team member from the kitchen crew to the massage therapists were just incredible. You can really tell they are in it because they believe in what they are doing and want to help. I have just about wrapped up a 3 week stay at Fresh Start. What can I say? It’s been a wonderful experience. Came here with a post viral condition that has wreaked havoc on my life. I needed to escape the madness of daily life and try to recenter my body, mind and spirit. Firstly the staff and retreat are amazing.
