I had my first IPL photo facial with Sera today, and it was a great experience. Sera was lovely, very warm and friendly, while also being extremely professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, so I always felt very relaxed. She refreshingly never tried to upsell me products or suggest unnecessary treatments. Wonderful care from Sera, highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at Fresh Skin Lab. The nail ladies were super nice and did an amazing job on my nails and toes.I also have gotten a hydro facial and a brow tint and wax, and everything turned out exactly the way i wanted. They made me feel really comfortable and took their time to make sure everything looked good and i was happy with the results. Sera is so sweet and really knowledgeable. would recommend to a friend :)

I can’t say enough good things about this med spa and Sera in particular. She is so talented, meticulous, and truly an artist at what she does. I recently had a lash root enhancement and I am obsessed with the results — subtle, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. Sera made the entire experience feel safe and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic work.
