I had a facial booked for today, but could not have it due to a scented candle in the treatment room, which is toxic so I let the staff know when they were incredibly understanding and agreed to remove it. They also gave me a $100 credit on my account. I’m extremely impressed by this customer service and their ability to hear me and my plea for sent free healthcare spaces.
Wow. Just wow. Attentive, caring, and a wonderful teen facial. Love the amazing products and the thorough cleanse to help my daughter feel her best and confident with her skin care choices! Highly recommend.
Sera is amazing!! I also wanted to thank the team for supporting our community by contributing to our fundraiser raffle. It's always great to see local businesses giving back, and I really appreciate their generosity. Looking forward to visiting in the future!
I cannot recommend Fresh Skin Lab enough. Sera is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she is genuinely one of the kindest people you’ll meet. Sera did my microblading and powder brows back in 2020, and I am still amazed by the results years later. I’m so looking forward to going back for another microblading appointment soon! Sera really helps people feel more confident and glowing. If you’re considering microblading or any of her services, I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
I had my first IPL photo facial with Sera today, and it was a great experience. Sera was lovely, very warm and friendly, while also being extremely professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, so I always felt very relaxed. She refreshingly never tried to upsell me products or suggest unnecessary treatments. Wonderful care from Sera, highly recommend.
