pleeease save your skin and do not go here for laser. i wish i had looked at the negative reviews. i had broken blood vessels and red spots for months after having laser here. then the owner gaslights and claims 'we can't find you in our system' whenever someone has a bad experience. there's a review where she literally blames the clients ethnicity after using the laser improperly. then why did you laser them?? same thing happened to me.. and then she has a bunch of her friends leave positive reviews to cover it up.

I had laser hair reduction here in 2023. It caused blistering that took months to heal and left permanent scarring on my face. During the session, the lady doing it started laughing about how my skin was “bubbling.” Her behaviour was not only unprofessional, it was downright frightening. That laser became a weapon in her hand real quick. I never returned after that. Update: I spoke with them directly when they called me the next day. They are now denying it happened. Good stuff.
