No queue billing! wasting time, pathetic!! Everyones time is important!! No person to add tags for fruits and vegetables. Uninterested staff.
Visited this store today and had a very disappointing experience. The store was extremely cluttered, and many products and shelves were covered with dust and a greasy sticky layer. It honestly felt unhygienic, and I didn't even feel comfortable touching the products. A brand like Reliance should maintain much better cleanliness and organization. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

I didn't even felt like giving even a one star looking at how your workers are so rude today me and my mom went to buy groceries and one of your worker talked really rudely to us and instead of giving products to customer which are in mark down they keep it for themselves one of your worker even snatch one product from my mom and keep it for herself.
