I’m a repeat customer of Fresh Patch, and I have to say — they’ve absolutely outdone themselves! I recently placed another order (after some time) late at night on July 3rd. Even with the holiday on the 4th, the delivery speed was unbelievably fast. In fact, it was so fast that OnTrac didn’t even have time to update the tracking before I was already outside watching the Fresh Patch delivery truck pull up on the 5th!!! Talk about fast service! They used to let you see all your pending orders, making it easy to skip a week if you were going to be on vacation - they recently removed that ability, and only show you the next delivery - I asked through their chat if they could pause future ones beyond 7 days out, and they could not. It is very frustrating to remove functionality!
Just like the name, the grass is really fresh and it's amazing how easy it becomes to potty train our new puppy in an apartment. 100% would recommend others to check it out.
We tried multiple patio potties for our 20# poodle. He was fully grass trained in our former home. Moving to a high rise, he would not go unless we took him 20 floors down to find a patch of grass. Finally, we got fresh patch, and he went potty on our patio grass patch immediately. No special training required! Fresh Patch is a LIFE SAVER and worth every penny.
