Very unprofessional and rude person who calls herself a doctor! I just waisted my money and time. When after 4 sessions with no results I asked for refund she started yelling at me. She yelled she did everything what she was studying. Doesn’t look she was a good student. Also every one is different and she really needs more education and practice! Also this person needs to learn some manners and respect for others.
I had a terrible experience at this place. My first laser session went fine, but after the second session (out of six I paid $700 for), my skin was burned, leaving me with scarring and hyperpigmentation that I’ve been dealing with for over a year. When I reached out for help, they were extremely rude and dismissive, telling me to use aloe vera and giving me ineffective creams. Received laser hair removal here. Super happy with the results. Clean salon. Great humans. 10/10 recommend.
I visited many med spa/clinics in Regina and Fresh Look is by far the best! I've tried various services and have always loved the outcomes. Des made my first laser experience wonderful, and the receptionist Takara made my day! 10/10 would recommend this place!!
Last fall I started to notice my skin was getting dull... I went to see Desiree for some laser skin resurfacing and I do NOT regret it! She is an amazing person AND technician. She is open & honest about what will improve my skin what is not worth my time and money. I highly recommend Desiree :)
