Des has been amazing ever since I came to see her last year! She is always friendly and professional and will always keep your best interests in mind. I had come in for both laser hair removal and IPL and even though I'm usually scheduled on a regular basis, she would sometimes recommend to hold off on certain treatments because of summer sun which could cause more problems. Terrible experience with laser hair removal. It was the worst experience I ever had. Not only the technician was unprofessional but I also ended up with burnt skin. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional and have zero knowledge about laser and different types of skin.
