My experience with Fresh Ideas was, sadly, very disappointing. I ordered blinds last June at a cost of just under £2,700 - 7 voiles and 4 blackout blinds. Never spent that sort of money before but was prepared to pay it thinking we would have a top quality product from a reputable retailer. The voiles were mostly OK but, unfortunately, the blackout blinds were the wrong size and had to be re-ordered due to an error made by the person taking the measurements. Not bought anything but they have a wide selection of all house hold furnishings and very helpful staff
The staff were brilliant and really knew their stuff ! The lady who served us was very helpful and was able to give us a lot of good tips ! The awning we are ordering from them, is a lot more expensive than I'd hoped, but I know that when they have put it up, it will look GORGEOUS !!! Highly recommended !!!
