Staff are kind and caring. The activities are well run and diverse. They do things such as visits to the Botanic Gardens, run a mini internal op shop event. Hope springs afresh.
Excellent staff who are cheerful and friendly. Clean, uncluttered, bright and plenty of activities to take part in. My father is very happy here.
Worked here for over 10yrs. I my opinion, with the change in management about 3yrs ago this became the worst place I have ever worked. I felt like it was just tick the box and hide the issues. Raising issues wasn't in my (or others who did) best interest but had to be done.
